Warranty.
Every ADEX component is inspected before it leaves our facility. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and fitment issues identified upon initial installation.
What Is Covered
- Defective products — components that arrive with material or manufacturing defects.
- Products that stop working — including headlights, tail lights, and electronic components that fail outside of normal wear.
- Items that do not fit correctly upon initial installation on the chassis specified at purchase.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
- Modifications, trimming, cutting, painting, or any alteration to the part after delivery.
- Cosmetic wear from use including stone chips, UV fade, scratches, and clear coat degradation over time.
- Track use, racing, or off-road use.
- Parts installed on a chassis other than the one listed in the product fitment.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact us at info@adexcarbon.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video showing the defect or fitment problem prior to installation.
For electronic components that fail after installation, please include photos of the installed product and a description of the failure. Do not continue using a failed electronic component — disconnect it and contact us immediately.
Resolution
Approved warranty claims will be resolved at our discretion by repair, replacement, or refund. Replacement parts ship at our cost. Items must not be installed, modified, or painted prior to a warranty determination — doing so voids coverage.
